The Full Menu

Every item we build.
What it costs. Where it fits.

We don’t negotiate quotes. Everything below is the price we charge. Custom work gets quoted cleanly against this baseline.

If something on this menu isn’t the right shape for what you need, tell us. The menu is where we start — your operation is where we end up.

If you’ve been quoted $15K–$40K for a “custom AI solution” and walked away — start with Custom Surfaces or Interface Agents. Productized trade-vertical tools from $1,500.

What Fits Your Shape

Answer any combination.
We’ll show what fits.

Four questions. No form, no signup. Recommendations update as you answer.

Q1

Do you already know the one specific thing you want fixed?

Q2

Is your tooling already in place — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, a financial tool like QuickBooks, and whatever runs your field or customer work?

Q3

Are you looking for one fix or a full install?

Q4

Do you already know the specific tool you want built — a dashboard, a lookup tool, a customer-facing agent, a portal?

What Cowork Is

The environment
your install lives in.

Cowork is Anthropic’s workspace — the environment where the FlowState IQ Plugin lives, your installed skills run, and scheduled tasks fire. You pay Anthropic for the Cowork subscription (Claude Team or Enterprise). You pay us once for the install. Nothing subscribes you to us after that.

For operators used to Word + Excel + PowerPoint: Cowork replaces the “manually produce this document / this summary / this report” step. The Plugin runs the document, summary, or report on schedule or on request. Your team reviews, edits, and sends. Cowork does the drafting and structuring.

The Commitment Ladder

Five steps, plus extensions.
Graceful exit at every one.

Each step is priced, scoped, and self-contained. You earn the next by completing the one before it. You walk at any boundary and keep what was installed.

First Arc — $249

Self-serve diagnostic. Twenty minutes. Delivered same day.

Surfaces where your operation’s friction is concentrated and what we’d build to close it. Delivered as a written report the same day.

§5 · Custom Surfaces

The tools your current platform
won’t let you build.

For conversational agents — an AI that answers a customer or staff question class — see §6 Interface Agents.

Single-purpose web applications on your own domain. Staff-gated or client-facing. Built fast, delivered in 1–3 weeks. Owned by you outright.

The question we start with: what would you build if the software vendor wasn’t in the way?

Two tiers, based on what’s there to build against.

Tier 1 · Productized Surface
When the data is already structured
$1,500–$5,000 · 1–2 weeks

When your operation already has the data a surface needs in a structured form — inventory system, ERP export, customer database, scheduling tool that exports clean — we wrap what exists and build the surface on top. Trade-vertical patterns we've productized are the fastest path.

  • ·Crew Lead Dashboard — today’s jobs, access notes, materials staged, one-tap end-of-day
  • ·Customer Lookup Tool — full customer history on one screen, built for the 30-second phone call
  • ·Instant Estimate Intake — custom intake flow matched to your sales conversation
  • ·Seasonal Services Hub — a page that updates itself with what’s in season and what you’re running
Tier 2 · Custom Surface
When the data lives in mixed formats
$5,000–$10,000 · 2–3 weeks

When the data lives in spreadsheets, PDFs, tribal knowledge, or paper records — we build the structured layer first, then the surface on top. Or when the surface itself needs bespoke reasoning beyond a template pattern.

  • ·Customer Portal — each client sees their property’s history, upcoming visits, recent photos
  • ·Field Issue Tracker — crew flags a site concern from a truck → structured record in a morning queue
  • ·Proposal Review Dashboard — active proposals, scored against operational capacity, with margin and fit indicators

Bring us the shape; we’ll quote it against the tier that fits.

§6 · Interface Agents

Conversational specialists
grounded in your own data.

For static single-purpose tools — a dashboard, lookup, or intake form — see §5 Custom Surfaces.

A customer-facing or staff-facing conversational specialist, live on your domain. Trained on what you know — your inventory, your varieties, your service history, your catalog, your institutional knowledge. Speaks to your customers or team in your voice.

Two tiers, same logic as Custom Surfaces — depends on what’s there to build against.

Tier 1 · Interface Agent
When operational knowledge is structured
$1,500–$5,000 · 1–2 weeks

When your operational knowledge is already structured — inventory system, ERP export, catalog database, service records you can query — we wrap what exists and build the interface agent on top. Lighter evidence build.

Tier 2 · Interface Agent
When knowledge lives in mixed formats
$5,000–$10,000 · 2–4 weeks

When your operational knowledge lives in spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, scattered documents, PDFs — we build the structured evidence layer first, then the agent on top.

What makes this different from a generic chatbot
  • ·Grounded in your evidence — every answer traces to your data
  • ·Never speculates — "the evidence doesn’t show that" is a legitimate, frequent answer
  • ·Voice matches your operation — retail-warm or wholesale-direct
  • ·You own the surface — embedded on your domain, your data stays
  • ·Wraps what you have — doesn’t replace your systems
Patterns we’ve productized
  • Plant specialist — for growers, nurseries, garden centers. Customers ask what you grow, what’s in stock, what’s appropriate for their zone; the agent answers from your inventory and growing operation, in your voice.
  • Vendor intelligence — for suppliers and distributors. Buyers ask what you carry, price tiers, lead times; the agent answers from your catalog and availability.
  • Availability forecast — for operations with long lead times. Customers or internal staff ask when something will be ready; the agent answers from your production and scheduling data.
  • Service history — for recurring-service operators. Customers or staff ask what’s been done at a property, when, and what’s next; the agent answers from your service records.
  • Spec lookup — for technical and bulk-materials operators. Buyers or field crews ask for specs, compatibility, or technical details; the agent answers from your product data.
When this fits vs. Custom AI Application: If your agent serves one customer type with one primary question class — this is the right tier. If you need multi-role access, deep integration into internal systems, or reasoning across multiple data domains — Custom AI Application is the right scope.

Plugin Architecture

Two layers
inside your Cowork workspace.

One compounds across our practice; the other stays fully yours.

FlowState IQ Plugin architecture inside your Cowork workspaceTwo stacked layers inside your Cowork workspace running on Claude Desktop. The Universal Layer is FlowState IQ owned and licensed in place perpetually and contains the Daily Activity Summary skill, the gap-surfacing skill, the FlowState default brand voice, connector wiring for Gmail Slack Drive and Calendar, sub-agent reasoning patterns, and skill-extension scaffolding. The Client Configuration Layer is owned by you as Work Product and contains your Voice and Tone Guide if Commercial Surface is engaged, your SOPs and team roster and operational context, client-specific automations, custom skills built in the engagement, and a Knowledge Architecture Document if Infrastructure is engaged.YOUR COWORK WORKSPACE · RUNS ON CLAUDE DESKTOPUNIVERSAL LAYER · FLOWSTATE IQ OWNED · LICENSED-IN-PLACE PERPETUALLYDaily Activity Summary skill (seeded automation)Gap-surfacing skill (WHAT → HOW → WHO, on-demand)FlowState default brand voiceConnector wiring (Gmail, Slack, Drive, Calendar)Sub-agent reasoning patternsSkill-extension scaffoldingCLIENT CONFIGURATION LAYER · YOU OWN · WORK PRODUCTVoice & Tone Guide (if Commercial Surface engaged)SOPs + team roster + operational contextClient-specific automationsCustom skills built in-engagementKnowledge Architecture Document (if Infrastructure engaged)
The Universal Layer is the substrate — standard across every FlowState IQ engagement, improving with each install, licensed to your workspace forever. The Client Configuration Layer is everything we build around your operation specifically — fully yours, not ours.
§9 · Custom AI Application

When a form or dashboard isn’t enough.

Single-purpose applications built around a live AI conversation — evidence-grounded, agent-reasoned, streaming. Delivered as a working product on your domain.

$10,000–$25,000 · delivered in 3–6 weeks
In scope
  • ·Streaming AI conversation interface
  • ·Evidence-grounded responses (your SOPs, structured data, or operational knowledge)
  • ·Role-scoped access (staff tools, customer-facing tools, internal tools)
  • ·Domain deployment on your subdomain
  • ·Voice-aligned output matching your Voice & Tone Guide (if engaged)
  • ·Handoff documentation for your team
Examples
  • Intelligent FAQ grounded in your SOPs — employees or customers ask, it answers in your voice with source citations
  • Proposal generator that explains its scope choices in a conversation
  • Customer portal with a knowledgeable assistant that reads their service history
  • Internal research tool grounded in your institutional knowledge
When this fits vs. Custom Surface or Interface Agent: If conversation is the primary interaction and you need multi-role access or reasoning across multiple data domains — this is the right tier. Custom Surface is for static tools; Interface Agent is for single-class conversational specialists; Custom AI Application is for the wider reasoning scope.
§10 · Market Analysis Brief

A structured read of where your operation sits.

Built from public evidence, classified against a value chain, presented as a readable brief with an optional AI agent grounded in the research.

$2,500–$5,000 · delivered in 2–3 weeks
What you get
  • ·Market overview — the shape of the segment you compete in
  • ·Value chain classification — where different competitor types operate (grow, distribute, retail, install, service)
  • ·Comparison matrix — 12–20 named competitors scored across the dimensions that matter for your business
  • ·Pattern findings — what the evidence says about where the market is moving
  • ·Optional: AI agent grounded in the evidence, for follow-up questions

When this fits: You’re considering a strategic change — new service line, new geography, pricing shift, positioning move — and you want the landscape reading before you commit. Or an offer/opportunity evaluation where you need context on the market.

When this isn’t the right shape: You have the strategic picture and just need operational automations. This brief is context, not execution.

Most small operations never do a structured market read. This is the one we’d do if it were our business.

§11 · AI-Assisted Sales Plan

A sales plan built for your operation.

Not a template, not a framework. Market scan → named target list → vertical-specific asset kit → sequence infrastructure → pipeline dashboard → installed rhythm.

$3,500–$7,500 · delivered in 2–3 weeks
In scope
  • ·Market scan + competitive snapshot for your vertical
  • ·50-prospect named target list (ICP-filtered, enriched with contact data)
  • ·Vertical-specific asset kit — 4 artifacts, voice-calibrated to your operation (cold-open, warm follow-up, one-pager, meeting-confirmation)
  • ·Sequence infrastructure (Apollo or equivalent) configured against the target list
  • ·Persistent pipeline dashboard built in your Cowork workspace — open it each morning, reflects current state without rerunning anything
  • ·Installed rhythm — daily briefing skill, weekly pipeline review skill, monthly target-refresh prompt
  • ·Champion training on running the plays

When this fits: You’re running sales yourself or with a single SDR. Pipeline is ad-hoc. You need a plan you can run — not a plan you hire someone else to run. Fits best for operators adding deliberate outbound to a referral-driven pipeline.

When this isn’t the right shape: You already have a named BD lead, a CRM loaded, and sequences running. This is installation, not lift.

§12 · Lightweight Website Refresh

Keep what’s working. Rebuild the presentation layer.

For operators whose business is strong but whose current site — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or similar — isn’t showing it. We keep your content, photos, domain, and contact flows; we rebuild the presentation at a modern standard.

$2,500–$4,500 · delivered in ~1 week
In scope
  • ·Modern visual rebuild on a current framework, hosted on your domain
  • ·Existing content organized and surfaced at a higher standard
  • ·Mobile-optimized across all pages
  • ·Contact form wired to your email or workspace
  • ·Basic SEO hygiene — metadata, sitemap, alt text
  • ·One revision pass after delivery
Not in scope at this tier
  • ·Original copywriting or content strategy
  • ·New photography or brand system design
  • ·E-commerce, membership, or booking functionality
  • ·Custom interactions beyond standard forms

When this fits: Your current site was built on a template three or more years ago. The business has grown; the site hasn’t caught up.

§13 · Capability Areas

Closures we build into Core Install.

Tuned to how your operation actually runs. Pre-built templates are in development from live engagements and will land here as clonable offerings once they've shipped. Until then, custom closures inside Core.

  • Field capture — voice memo + photo + office queue + customer-facing summary. For field-heavy operations where what crews see and say doesn’t flow back cleanly today.
  • Proposal and quoting — form + scope narrative + priced PDF + status tracking. Replaces manual proposal drafting.
  • Intake and triage — inbound inquiries classified, routed, queued. Dashboard view for open items.
  • Daily operations summary — morning or end-of-day email covering what’s active, what’s blocked, what’s next.
  • Weekly owner roll-up — Monday-morning email. Last week in numbers. What’s at risk this week.

§18 · Honest Technical Limits

Because you should know
what youre buying.

Five things most operators want to know before they sign.

  • Scheduled automations run from a designated machine — usually the office laptop — that needs to be awake and running Claude Desktop during scheduled run times. Covered in setup; ongoing infrastructure on your side.
  • SMS capability requires Twilio registration with a 2–4 week lead time before the first send. Email-first delivery is available immediately; SMS can be added as registration clears.
  • Integration defaults to file-based where it can. Most small operations already export what we need (QuickBooks reports, LMN contact lists, customer spreadsheets) to a connected folder on a schedule. Direct API integration is available when a specific use case justifies it.
  • Compliance-specific capture — refrigerant logs, pest chemical logs, permit logs — is not on our menu. If your operation has regulated capture requirements, we’d handle that as a separately scoped engagement with the right domain expertise on the team.
  • The FlowState IQ Plugin installs into Core engagements only. First Install delivers a single automation; the Plugin’s Universal Layer is part of Core and above.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.
If yours isn’t here, ask.

If your question isn’t here, email chad@flowstateiq.com.

The Plugin isn’t SaaS. You pay Anthropic for Cowork; you pay us once for the install. After that, the only ongoing cost to us is the optional retainer.

Your installed copy is yours. You can move the Plugin and its skills to a replacement machine. Under retainer, we help with the migration.

Month-to-month. Cancel any time. Your installed copy keeps running on the version you had at cancellation.

Champion onboarding is part of Core Install delivery. Plan on 2–3 operator sessions during the 60–75 days. Your champion should be comfortable with email and spreadsheets; no technical background required.

Change orders against the signed scope. We quote against this published menu so the math is clear.

The Plugin doesn’t auto-update. Under retainer, we push Universal Layer updates to your installed copy. Without retainer, you stay on the version you installed — stable and predictable.

Yes. Your Client Configuration Layer (SOPs, custom skills, automations, Knowledge Architecture) is fully yours. The Universal Layer is licensed-in-place perpetually — you can use your installed copy forever, regardless of whether you continue working with us.

Each Core Install licenses the Plugin to one business. A second business under the same ownership is a second engagement.

Your SOPs, custom skills, automations, and web applications are yours to take. The Universal Layer stays licensed-in-place to the installed workspace — you don’t lose it, but it doesn’t transfer to a new environment without re-engagement.

§20 · What’s Not On The Menu

Things we don’t publish prices for.

Either because they’re outside our sweet spot, or because the right scope depends entirely on what you need.

  • Full website build from scratch — content strategy, brand design, custom interactions beyond standard forms. Quoted custom.
  • POS or payment acceptance systems — real software with PCI exposure. Quoted custom if it’s the right fit; referred out if it isn’t.
  • Custom CRM built from scratch — quoted custom against a real requirements pass.
  • Compliance-specific modules — regulated domains require regulated-domain expertise. Separately scoped.
  • Multi-language voice capture — available on request once we’ve tested it in production; not yet on the published menu.
  • Full time-tracking-system replacement — light time-entry as part of field capture is available; full replacement is out of scope.
